Wholesale Trailer Supplies customer service must be notified of the customers intent to return product(s) within 7 days of delivery of the product to the customer. Customer must obtain authorization from Wholesale Trailer Supplies before a product can be returned. All returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking charge. Items shipped in error by Wholesale Trailer Supplies will be allowed full credit upon return of product. All products returned must be in original box, original packaging, unused, and all parts included. Product cannot be returned if special order from manufacturer.


Wholesale Trailer Supplies is not liable for damage or loss of merchandise once it has left our warehouse. Purchaser is solely responsible for filing claims against carrier for any lost merchandise. Wholesale Trailer Supplies will make a reasonable attempt to assist you in securing an adjustment for loss or damage, providing you have filed a claim with the carrier. Claims for shortages must be made within 7 days of receipt of order.
